Refund policy

All kettlebell sales are final. We have a 30-day credit refund policy, meaning if the item gets to you damaged you are entitled to a credit refund or a new kettlebell.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
All sales are final after ordering, you may switch the order if it hasn't been shipped yet or be entitled to a credit refund. If approved, you'll receive a discount code so you can use for future purchases.
